Born in Tuburan, Cebu. I was always fascinated by folk dances and costumes since grade school. Moving to and living in Tucson in 1975, I became a member of the Sampaguita Club. Learned folk dances and taught them to members. Founded the PMCFT in 1989. This is the ultimate fulfillment of my dream --- to teach, inspire, and share our culture through folk dances with the community.
