Membership Coordinator

The Membership Committee is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date
records of active and inactive members. Duties include collecting member information,
including birthdays for monthly recognition beginning in 2026, and managing the
transition of existing records from the Chairperson. The committee also develops
procedures for membership notifications, warnings, status changes, and inactive
member removal. In addition, they gather information on members’ skills and talents
such as sewing, makeup, dance, singing, and musical abilities to support organizational
programs and events.
